Axton is recruiting remote product testers in Salinas, CA on a paid contract basis. You receive a product and a written brief, use the product over a set period, and submit a structured evaluation. Assignments are offered one at a time and paid on completion.

The work

  • Accept an assignment and confirm its deadline
  • Use or evaluate the product under the conditions the brief sets out
  • Record what you observed and complete the written evaluation
  • Submit before the deadline — payment follows acceptance of the completed evaluation

Requirements

  • 18 or older and based in the United States
  • A phone, tablet, or computer and reliable internet
  • Able to follow a written brief and meet a deadline
  • No degree, no résumé, and no prior experience required

Terms

  • Independent contract (1099) work, assignment by assignment
  • No minimum hours and no ongoing commitment
  • Paid per completed study, on acceptance of your evaluation
