Axton Staffing is a free matching service that connects you with offers from third-party partners. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect to make those matches, how we use it, and the partners we share it with — including the transfers that U.S. state privacy laws classify as a “sale.” We serve users in the United States only.
In short: connecting you with a partner's offer means sharing the contact information you give us with the partner running that offer — that's how they reach you. Depending on how you interact with our Site and which offers you engage with, we collect the following categories of personal information:
Connecting you with the right offers is the reason Axton Staffing exists. When you fill out a form on our Site, the information you provide — your name, email address, phone number, and the demographic details you share about yourself — has to reach the partner running the offer you're being matched to; otherwise they can't follow up. We also share online identifiers and on-site activity with advertising platforms to measure our ads. Partners pay us for these introductions (typically on a per-lead or revenue-share basis), and because partners are compensating us — and because some of that advertising involves cross-context behavioral advertising — U.S. state privacy laws classify these transfers as a “sale” and/or “sharing” (or “targeted advertising”). When you submit a form on our Site, your information may be transferred immediately — and in some cases to more than one recipient at the same time — to the following categories of third parties:
Other than the text-message (SMS) marketing partners named below, we do not publish the names of individual partners, but the categories above describe every type of recipient. Text-message (SMS) marketing partners. When you opt in to receive marketing text messages, your phone number is shared with the SMS marketing partners we work with to send those messages, who may text you about their own offers using the number you provided. Our current SMS marketing partners are:

Separately from the partners described above, we use service providers (for example, email delivery, hosting, and attribution/analytics vendors) that process information on our behalf and only for the purposes we specify. Service providers are restricted by contract from using your information for their own purposes and are distinct from the third parties described in Section 4.
We and our advertising partners use cookies, web beacons, and pixels (including from advertising platforms) to measure campaigns and to enable cross-context behavioral and targeted advertising. We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC): when your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt the browser out of the sale and sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To protect your information, we take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a request (typically by matching the information you submit against our records), and we respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, with an extension where permitted). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request where the law allows. Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws have rights regarding their personal information. Depending on your state, these may include the right to:

We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — including operating the Site, completing and measuring the introductions we make to partners, processing and responding to your requests, fraud prevention and security, and recordkeeping — and for any additional period required or permitted by law. The applicable retention period for any given record depends on the type of information, the partner arrangement under which it was collected or shared, and any legal hold or recordkeeping obligation that applies.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Our Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
This Policy serves as our notice at collection. At or before the point of collection, we collect the categories of personal information described in Section 1, for the purposes described in Section 3, and we sell and share those categories as described in Section 4.
